M75 Sporting

I just picked up a M75 Sporting and would like to mount a scope onto it since I can't see distance any longer.. Does anyone have one and can you post the scope base that is used? My receiver is drilled for three holes, two in front and one behind the chamber.. I don't know if the drilling is from the factory or not.. any help is appreciated.. Looked at a Redfield M75 single piece scope base, which is advertised for the rifle but the spacing is off a. bit..
