    Glock 44 mag compatible rifle?

I was thinking it would be nice if there were a 22lr rifle that was compatible with the Glock 44 magazine. Ideally ruger would do it or maybe someone could build a ruger compatible receiver. Also it's possible that an AR can be made as well. Is there one out there already?

That would be fun, but I don't think there is enough of a G44 following to make it happen. It would be more likely with the new Sig pistol, since they are 20 rounds and Sig also makes rifles, where Glock does not. But even that is probably not going to happen.

The only rifle and pistol combo I know about in 22 is the Buckmark, and they don't make the rifles anymore.

I thought of another, sort of. The Walther P22 and G22 are similar and can be cross compatible with modification.

Yes, the Buckmark was the only set like that. I know Ruger makes a 'pistol' based on the 10/22, also they make some 22 pistols, but no rifle using the same magazine. The thing I'm looking for is more of a training set.

That would be convenient. You might be able to modify one of the 22 conversion uppers for ARs to fit a G44 mag (I'm not that familiar with them, so I don't know).

If you know anyone that’s a gun enthusiast and a hobby machinist you can get that done with a modified 10/22 or Savage B22.
