I was talking to this one shop owner and had one on his order list fpr 6 months until I finally got fed up with him not returning my emails and telling me they were out of stock. So I finally bought one for $50.00 more somewhere else. It was worth it to me not to wait anymore. This thing kinda makes me wonder how much the gun shop owners themselves are contributing to the "gun craze". Good bye sweet America.

There are three distributors in the USthat sell them- they all have them instock, The SD models and teh other one- A2 is it?

The issue with some dealers- LOTS of them are cut off... over their credit limit these days. There's cash flow, sure,... but dealers can over-spend and jam up the works, so when backorders do show up at the Dist, they cannot get them until they pay off the bill. That can be hard- $40,000.00 is not a high credit limit for a retailer...some have 200K+ to spend each month! It's an easy number to hit when you are trying to hoard ammo and guns and get stuff in to sell to feed demand.

GSG-5 SD at Targetmasters today

I saw the GSG-5 SD at Targetmasters, Milpitas today. $579, pretty reasonable.

The foreend and fake can look much better than the standard GSG-5. It seems a lot more chunky and solid. The buttstock is the same as the standard GSG-5.
