    Kel-Tec SU-22

Just freed mine from 10-day incarceration. Shot it once while waiting (one of the good points about buying from a store/range), no issues firing Fed or Centurion bulk pack. I've mounted an inexpensive Cabela's target scope and will take it to the range tomorrow. We'll see how it does at 100 yards.

I'm sure that the usual Kel-Tec haters will chime in. Don't particularly care what they have to say; I like this little rifle.
I'm retired. That's right, retired. I don't want to hear about the cop who stopped you today or how you didn't think you should get a ticket. That just makes me grumpy!

At one point I was considering the SU-22 vs. the GSG-5. Now that I have the GSG-5, I am considering the SU-22 vs. the SIG 522.........

A little off topic but is the PLR-22 California Legal?
Looks like it would be a fun little plinker.

          (Nevermind, found the link.)

From the Kel-Tec owners group forums:

              Call Kel-Tec at 321-631-0068 (or 800-515-9983)
Ask for SU-16E-652 Pistol grip AR stock adapter Kit

We will also sell a fully assembled model which will include a basic 4 position collapsible stock. This model SU-16E-651 will cost $129.90

UPDATE: Now that the SU-22 is shipping, this pistol grip stock may be shipped to California residents, since it is Legal when put on a rimfire rifle, like the SU-22.
Photos with the pistol grip stock attached:

It looks so freakin' SWEET! And that's totally cheaper than a Spike's Tactical upper for my AR-15. Would provide me with a full separate gun to shoot that looks great!

May I ask what store you got it from and for how much? I found it online for $336 but I doubt we can get it locally that cheap...

I too would like to know which local gun store it came from, I've been looking for one since last Nov. My SU16CA needs a new family member.

From Bullseye... and no, you won't get it at that price. I was happy with the price that I did pay, though. I'd been looking for one locally for some time and grabbed it when I saw it. I'd rather you call Bullseye and let them quote you a price, please.

IMHO, it looks neat but I must say it is a shame Keltec did such a cloogy job on the grip/stock arrangement, shame on them.
Screw the environment! The sooner we trash this place the sooner we will have the political will to explore space and conquer the known universe, spreading like locust we will plunder, crush new enemies, take their women and if we are lucky, we shall meet our fate on the battlefield.

Before gracing us with your honest opinion, have you ever shot one?

Didn't get a chance to get to the range today - won't be able to go until late next week. I'll post a range report when I do. Sorry folks!
