I had a .22LR Walther PPK/s in the 80's and it did not have a threaded barrel. I used it as a backup/hide-away gun when I was in Marine Recon. I can't say if it was accurate out to 25 yards. I shot it at 5-10 yards. It was reliable. I chose the .22LR over the .380 for quicker close-in shots plus the magazine held more rounds than the .380. I liked the gun, but did not keep it once my need for it ended.

I had an early 380 Walther PPK/S when they first came out in 1968 (it was so early I loaned it to John Bianchi so he could make holsters for them). I loved it. It never jammed and was accurate for it's size/sight length. I can't speak to the new ones.

Doesn't look like they have a threaded muzzle.

Mine was an Interarms purchased at B&B Westminster.
Constant stovepipes. My Interarms .380 also had problems, although not as many.
Got rid of the .22lr in 96 in Corona and the .380 here in 2014.

Perfect round for this gun 7.65?
