Euthanizing a deer or elk with a 22lr?Comment

I’ll be getting one of those all black ones. It will go well with my Vaquero Birdshead.Last edited by Enzo rules; 12-30-2021, 3:34 PM.Comment

Same here, albeit this model looks cool.https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.the...-revolver/amp/
I'm not really pleased with the accuracy of my Wrangler, so I'm not rushing to buy this model.Comment

Right. I was surprised by the choice of a small caliber. But if it works for him, this looks like it would be a good choice.Originally posted by IshootforbloodYes, deer & elk get hit by cars & trucks, and they are usually still alive but injured. The police respond and finish the job, and drag them off the roadway. (Facts of life)Comment

i now have both plowhandle and birdshead grip wranglers. the latter is a talo edition with an ambidextrous desantis holster.
i have shot both wranglers and like both. i prefer the plowhandle model but the birdshead is obviously a bit handier, similar to a single six versus bearcat. i actually enjoy shooting the birdshead over the bearcat, which i compared too.
the holster is sweet, fits ruger single six and s&w k frame revolvers too.
the wrangler is a useful and fun teaching, learning, plinking, outdoorsing piece, made well enough for an attractive price.

When I bought my Wrangler, I had gone in to purchase the convertible Heritage. Just couldn't get past the crudeness so walked out with the Wrangler. Guess I'll need a single six to get a convertible.i now have both plowhandle and birdshead grip wranglers. the latter is a talo edition with an ambidextrous desantis holster.

Either I have a good one or he got a bad one. Like I said, mine is as accurate as the sights. Comparing a pistol with target grade sights to one with crude cowboy sights is far from apples to apples.Originally posted by Ishootforbloodhttps://m.youtube.com/watch?v=LZSt5WcE7Ek
The linked video review of the Wrangler is a pretty accurate characterization of the Wrangler's accuracy. Personally, 4" to 6" average groups at 10 yards simply disappoints me. The Wrangler just doesn't get included in my outings because it's an ignorant waste of Ammo. But, it is a good looking revolver.Palestine is a fake country
