    Ruger 10/22 tactical fs

So, it's been a while since I have been on this forum. Back in 2013, I purchased a Ruger 10/22 tactical with a stock Flash suppressor from turners with the 16 inch barrel. I don't seem them around these days in my local gs so I was wondering if any laws changed that would prevent me from selling this via private party transfer? It's rimfire so I think my answer is no. I added the leapers quad rail to it to add a plinking scope to it, but other than that no functional or cosmetic changes were made to the rifle or the stock.

Nothing has changed to make your semi-auto rimfire rifle illegal in CA.

It is still CA legal to advertise for sale and transfer it.
