Talk out poor quality control. They need to let a certain hack(s) go.

You sent it back 3 times?
That does not sound like good customer service

why not save yourself some shipping and ask Marlin for some screws. The barrel is one thing, but screws a little tweaked, seriously. Gun manufactures are working their asses off to build firearms to meet demand and you're going to spend $30+ to ship it to them so they can spend an hour on paper work and 5 minutes fixing it. Just ask for some screws and fix it then don't go back to the shop you bought it at. They seem pretty useless.

Rant over: that's at least a decade of customer service work talking

"Upon inspection"? Looks like you forgot to do the "inspection" part, no way in hell I would have left the shop with that gun....if it was supposed to be new.

Does't look like a new gun to me. Take it back to the store and if they don't take care of you post thier name here and then send it to Marlin.
