Will this extractor work on the browning challenger 2?

TANDEMKROSS - "EAGLE'S TALON" EXTRACTOR FOR THE BROWNING BUCK MARK (Brownell's sells it).


The extractor on the challenger I just bought is worn and the claw is extremely angled by wear.

Did you try asking them? Tandem Kross is very responsive to customer inquiries in my experience. Just FYI, the extractor on a rimfire semi-auto does more of a job guiding the spent case to the ejector than actually extracting when firing. The blow-back nature of the system actually will blow the case free of the chamber on its own.

Ah, I suspected as much, but wasn't sure. I can ask TK. Didn't know if they would even respond.

Checked on Midwest Gun Works site, shows same extractor for Challenger II,III, and Buck Mark. They were out of stock.
FYI, the extractor may or may not need fitting.

Ordered two from TK. Turns out that was good since one of them flew across the garage somewhere while I was fitting it. The only fitting required was to stone the width down a little so it did not bind in the slot.
