My club orders several cases of Eley Match at different velocities, some of them by multiple requests from members, then we sell it by the brick and for those trying out a particular velocity or lot, by the box. I also ordered on my own. One time I made a mistake and got Eley Pistol match in a pink or purple labeled box. It actually ended up shooting very well from my rifle.

I've got a few boxes of Eley Tennex, Eley black box match, Lapua Center X, Lapua Polar Biathalon and RWS R50 to try. If I find a particular lot that the rifle(s) like, can I order that particular lot from the supplier? Will they look at the lot numbers for me?

Several people over on Rimfire Central have confirmed from the pictures of the trigger that it is a Canjar.

Another thing is the Vaver rear sight...I've gotten several unsolicited inquiries about whether I want to sell it. It is incredibly precise and smooth. One of the inquirers described it as the "Swiss watch of target sights".
Bought a 40X CF that had a Vaver sight mounted. They are very cool. They are delicate however. The little pins that are used in the windage scale can break. It turns out my Vaver has a dead spot because of it.

        I'll watch for that.

I guess finding someone who works on them is impossible

I have a pretty neat 52C. It's still in it's original Winchester wooden box. With Unertl 14x scope as well as all it's original "Olympic" sights. It's as new.

With another 52 with a Redfield target scope

Shot a 100 yard match with my 52D and Lapua Polar Biathalon. Wind was light-to-moderate, varying from about 9 o'clock to 2 o'clock.

              10 rounds .945"

Is it worth $35-$40 for a 10-round magazine for the 52? I have read varying reviews, many indicating less than stellar functionality.
                Thanks, Gary.

I bought a few 5 round Wisner Model 52 magazines from Brownells. They work well and are supposedly made on the original machinery used by Winchester. $18/apiece.

Shop magazines (748) at Brownells, including rifle, handgun, and shotgun magazines, as well as magazine accessories for reliable feeding and performance.

Some very nice rifles and some great groups.

I used up the Lapua Polar Biathalon ammo lot that I had been using. I switched to a new lot of the PoBi and the 52D didn't care much for it. Not bad, mind you, but not as good as the last lot.

After the match today, I started experimenting with ammo that I have. The 52D is my 100 yard match gun and it seemed to like the Eley Tennex red box.

The Tennex was high and right of where the Polar Biathalon was shooting, so I did a scope adjustment and got a .575" 100 yard group.
