SIG 522, will it be neutered for CA?

After looking at some specs on the web, one site states that the OAL is going to be 29.8 inches and with the stock collapsed (folded) it is going to be 29.1? What gives?

Also I am wondering about the barrel, will it ship with a thread protector as shown here

No banned features for rimfire and min. OAL for rimfire is 26in. They will most likely not neuter them for us unless they decide to charge extra for options.

They will come as manufactured. Features don't apply to rimfire. Minimum length would be 26". 29" is plenty.
