Classic Army stock fitment issues on GSG5

I just got my Classic Army retractable stock in and I am having a hell of a time getting the end cap on. It goes on half way, but even trying to smack it in, it wont fully slide on(having a harder time taking the thing off too). I know I may have to do some dremeling to the end cap...but I cant seem to see where the catch is and what to dremel. Im sure someone else has faced this same issue. Can somebody shed some insight for me? TIA!

    I had the similar problem.

    My solution:
    • Remove the rail stock, work with just the metal end cap.
    • Lube/oil the top end part of the GSG and top part of end cap.
    • Use a wood block and tap on the end cap, using the wood block against the end cap.
    • Once done, it will be hard to remove.
    • Tap out the end cap with the wood block, position at the front of the end cap.
    • Repeat install and removal of the end-cap, it will be a lot easier.

If you're using the HK push pin, you have to enlarge the right side hole of the end cap.

small mallet... little by little... it'll be easier after a few times. i didn't need to tap on second try, but had to still force it out a little. yeah, it'll break in sooner or later.

just work on the cap w/o the stock like tay says
