No experience with a CMR30, but my understanding is that they use the same magazines as the PMR30 which I am familiar with. They are very sensitive to loading technique, the manual has a section on how to load it properly so make sure you check it before you try loading one up.

I know of two magazine loaders made specifically for these things:
Get Your Keltec PMR 30 Speed Loader Today! Eliminates thumb pain & injury. Lightweight & fit in pocket. Reliable in all weather. Simple to use!

Speed up magazine loading for your KEL-TEC PMR30, CP33, and CMR30 with this custom speed loader. Save time, reduce hand fatigue, and keep shooting longer at the range.

Haven't used the maglula, but the mcarbo loader has worked fine for me. If you're loading to the full 30 round capacity (outside of CA or with Freedom Week magazines) the last few rounds are a beast to load, but the mcarbo tool makes those last few a lot easier. With an unmolested 30 round magazine the first 10 rounds are pretty easy to load even without a speed loader, though I have no idea if that means a gimped 10 round CA mag will load easily or if rounds 8 through 10 will fight you. If all 10 load easily and you don't have 30's, honestly I wouldn't bother with any mag loader.

Mcarbo makes some other CMR30 aftermarket gizmos, some of which are (IMO) more useful than others. The enhanced magazine release locks the magazine a little higher into the mag well, which is supposed to enhance feeding.
Upgrade your KEL TEC CMR-30 with M*CARBO’s precision accessories. Improve accuracy, control recoil, and reach competition-grade performance with American-made parts designed by combat veterans.
