What if you started with a stripped aftermarket 10/22 receiver and drosed it as a pistol?

Legal in CA. It's a stock. Put a rifle in it with 16" barrel. Don't put a charger pistol in it like the guy in the video and it's fine.

to be honest I didn't even look at what it was that you posted - I just saw the title and my first reaction was haven't you guys learned yet that if you have to ask if we can have this in CA the answer is always no.... I will scroll up & look after I post this, I just want to post this first to see if I'm right.

You can not DROS an OFF ROSTER frame as a pistol unless you are exempt of the roster.
