Looks like Volquartsen selling take off bolts on Ebay. They say these work in MMKII and MKIII pistols as well. These are complete units.

They have closeout $19 triggers too.....cheaper on Ebay, than their own website clearance.
They also selling takeoff adjustable rear sights for $12.

Picked up a MarkIV bolt with their upgraded firing pin and extractor already installed for $50. They sell those two parts for $32 on their site. Great deal! will have to keep an eye on this seller.

Is the MKIV bolt an upgrade over the II III?

It is a one piece. On some of the MKII pistols the grip portion is a welded on piece and can eventually break off. One of mine did that. Ruger did and will replace one like that under warranty. I thought these were a good enough price to mention as a spare to have if wanted, especially since it's complete with extractor, recoil spring, firing pin, and pins and such. I shoot mine enough to have worn bolt parts out. Ruger is great for replacing them but having them on hand while the replacement parts come is nice. Less down time.
