Finally complete....PICS

Been putting a face lift on my 10-22 for about 4 months and last night it was complete.

Started out like this (and a little bushnell 3-9)


and stayed that way for about 10 years ( i got it when i was about 12). I wanted it to look just like my savage VLP, so i finally got my butt in gear a couple months ago and started searching for the correct add-ons.

-10-22T stock
-GM 18" ss .920
-Harris BRM-S 6-9 Pod (the harris on it before was too big and non-swivel)
-Found exact same Remington sling as the savage (hard to track down-Ebay)
-made a stock ammo band out of compression band i got at Big 5
-VQ auto bolt release
-VQ Extended Mag release
-Mueller 4-14.5 x 40
-Leupold med. steel rings
-BC scope caps

and Voila!

Great stuff! the "before" picture is similar to my model 60, same style stock and stainless barrel and whatnot. But the "after" looks great! how does it shoot?

yea i like the black laminate stock a lot, but I got bored

as far as how it shoots, you mean you guys actually shoot these things?

i am taking it out sunday. Im expecting it to jam a lot, that way i'll be blown away when it shoots like a champ!

i made it out of a compression band for your elbow. got it from Big 5.

it took a lot of work cutting it just right to fit correctly on the stock, but it came out perfect.
