Unexpected quick shipment..Spikes

Ordered a .22lr AR upper last night. Today I recieved the ship tracking #

I did not expect it that soon.....seeing as how my 5.56 upper is in backorder limbo for, as far as I can tell, indefinately! I wonder if I will see it in 2009?

Anyway, I will be plinking in......"2 weeks"!

I ordered one last week and got a tracking # pretty quick. It should be arriving tomorrow.

I ordered my dedicated upper and lower directly from Spikes after reading how some company was the Sole Distributor of Spikes in California. Spikes will send to Cali. Dont be fooled. Unless you find a better price elsewhere I say go to Spikes directly.

Spikes is very fast if they have the item/parts in stock. Otherwise.... well, you know the story.

So I ordered some Stuff from Spikes and it has been almost a week and no tracking number?I got confirmation and the items were in stock at the time I placed my order.What are the usual wait times directly from spikestactical.com????

Recived the 22lr upper today, looks nice, fit my KD lower just fine.

One thing I should make clear that I didn't in my OP. The 5.56 upper I have on back order is not from Spikes....in case anyone thought I was slamming Spikes.

The Spike's lower I just received last week is made by COLE and is so marked. It has serial # COLExxxxxxx. I had called to confirm that the "oh" in COLE was a letter "o" and not a zero. At that time they told me COLE was the manufacturer of my lower, which is marked .22LR.

Did you read the thread link above? "Cole" is one of their kid's name...and so is "Kai". They are using these for serial #s prefix.
