    ruger 10/22 dimensions

    Hi,
I want to know the dimensions of the action on a ruger 10/22 plus the barrel (the standard tapered barrel).
I have included a picture of the dimensions I want:
Red arrows are the dimensions I want, the more the better. Some may be repetitive, I just want to know the overall dimensions to see what kind of stocks will fit it. I really need to know the width of the reciever, too.

Sorry for the sloppy ms paint job, thats all I've got.
If you have any links or anything that has this info, please let me know.
    Thanks!

EDIT: I don't need very exact measurements, jsut withing a couple milimeters.

Thanks HotRod, pretty much exactly what I need!
To TumerBoy: I am not going with any conventional stock. Going as evil as I can make.

I still need some dimensions including the trigger assembly though, but this is a great starting point.

Yea, I want to custom build from an airsoft gun. Not really looking for just regular old stocks you can buy. =)
Still need the height of the 10/22 from bottom of trigger assembly to the top of the receiver.

wow, freakin sweeet! Thanks a lot for the site. Very nice to figure out which guns fit what. I'm trying to make mine (whatever I choose) more realistic, so that the charging handle of the airsoft actualy cocks the .22 etc etc.

if you are doing G36 conversion, ask the moderator/mrnuke about it. he was able to link the G36 airsoft cocking handle to rack his 10/22 bolt. if you check his youtube acct/forum threads he has videos of it firing hi capacity magazines.

the g36 is easiest due to how well the 10/22 fits inside of it. you might be able to shoe horn thinner designs as the site says, but theres not a lot of experimentation.

Wilson, if you're talking about an MGC 10/22, a real stock won't fit. . . trust me

MGC? the tommy gun with sparkly cartridges? thats the only thing that came up on google that made sense.

I'm probably not going to a G36 just because so many have done it already. Thinking about a SL8, aug, or maybe a FS2000. I definately want to do a m249, but the airsoft guns are a little pricey for now. Also may do a Xm8 because it is so darn cheeeeeeeaaapp. (10 bucks for an inoperable one from shortyusa).com

Sorry, I misunderstood. You're looking to jam a 10/22 inside an airsoft shell?

I was thinking you were trying to fit a real 10/22 stock, onto an airsoft 10/22 (made by MGC)
