TLDR: New Savage B17FV was shooting all over at 100 yards. A few casings along the head cracked.
It's been a while since my post. I never got a chance to shoot it with other brands of ammunition.
Finally sent my rifle in to savage and received it back today. They found no issues with the rifle so I'm back to thinking its the ammo itself.
Anyone have issues with Browning BPR 17HMR ammo? I'm going to send a message over to Browning and see their response.
