    WASR 22

So just so I'm clear on this, a WASR 22, or any .22 rifle for that matter, is able to have whatever "evil" features you can think of correct?

Specifically, I'm looking at getting this rifle:

Assuming that magazine only holds 10 rounds, that is legal as pictured and doesn't need a radlock correct?

Correct. Also the 26 inch length rule applies with a folding or collapsible stock in the closed position. It's also exempt from Fed 922r regulations.

You may have issues with making it a Pistol but otherwise you are GTG with PG & Detachable mags , front PG HG, repair/re-weld bayo lug ears back on, Brake or FH ... (And you can get Eastern European Furniture & acessories without worry of 922R )

Anyone know what the measurement is of a WASR 22 with a folding stock in the closed position? Anyone have one they can measure from rear of receiver to end of barrel?

I just let one go for 400 and the buyer was very happy at that price. I am seeing them go for over 500 on the broker quite frequently. They seem to be rising now that they are getting harder to come by

$400 was all gravy to me since you threw in all the extras and you also drove down to my FFL of choice

If I didnt jump on that deal, I knew that I would have regretted it later. I think you would have sold it to another Calgunner the same day, so it might as well have been me that snatched it up. (The WASR22 gets out of jail this Wednesday)

You are right though, they are getting very difficult to find nowadays. Especially at a decent price! Lanworld sells them for $350 if they can get them and if you want to wait for months to receive it. And that price is before their shipping and credit card fee.

So yeah, Im happy with the $400 price tag. Thanks offrdmania! Cant wait to dump some 22lrs!

If they run out of Romqnian WASR22 rifles to import, there is the opportunity in the near future to pick up a Russian SAIGA 22. I want to own both.

Nope. According to the akforums.net member who saw them in person, the 3rd pin and selector hash marks were moch ups.
