What kind of trigger, hammer, and springs do you have in the lower?

Check the firing pin is actually installed and not missing.

PSA has notorious QC problems, so I'd take down the upper and check everything in it, or send it back...

I have the CMMG 22lr kit for my AR and its worked great if you're looking at something different.

Not a gunsmith but besides cleaning and firing pin, what is the configuration of your complete lower? What did you do with choice of buffer - no buffer - buffer with spring - add a pressure plug. Sometimes this choice of fitment can effect BGC function.

                Pictures might help too

Well so I ended up sending it back to PSA. They said the firing pin spring was broken and it needed to be replaced.

Took it to the range and ran a couple of hundred rounds through it no problem.
