    Marlin 981T Ejector Problem

Here are some pictures of my ejector in its current state.

Problem: Will not eject any spent shells after firing. I noticed this on Friday 4/24 when I took it out to the range. Live rounds or snapcaps will not eject. I am wondering if it's out of place and what it's supposed to look like if it is. I'd rather ask for some help before shipping it off to Marlin. Any help appreciated.

I remember cleaning it and my copper brush or jag got caught on it. I Do remember something like that happening. I'm hoping all goes for Marlin bolt action 22's.

Just bend it back up a little. Should rub in the groove on the bottom of the bolt during bolt movement.
The thing with firearms is that they are not like any other consumer product, simple ownership of one carries a lot of responsibility.

Some idiots are too busy knowing it all to ever learn anything
