      It is not on the roster so unless you are exempt or have a parent or child that can buy it and transfer it to you, you will not be able to get it here.


      If you can find someone selling a 2011 frame that is already in CA you may be able to have him build one on it.

The full length dust cover rail makes a world of difference in the "when I run out of bullets I'm going to beat you to death with the pistol" look that causes bad guys to run in fear, and lesser men to feel inadequate.
