    Powder coated 22 LR

CCI’s new Clean-22 rimfire loads feature a polymer jacket which is billed as reducing fouling in the barrel and suppressor. We put them to the test and confirmed that claim, and then some.

    Has anyone shot CCI clean?

    how does it run?>

The future of rimfire is here. CCI Clean-22™ uses an exclusive polymer bullet coating to greatly reduce copper and lead fouling in the barrel—without leaving a residue. It also cuts lead buildup in suppressors 60 to 80 percent. Both the Sub-Sonic and High Velocity loads feature a 40-grain round nose lead bullet with geometry that's been optimized for accuracy. With dependable CCI priming and consistent propellant, Clean-22 provides flawless cycling through semi-automatics and all 22 LR firearms.

I would be interested if it gets rid of powder burn to the face when I use my 22 conversion on my ar pistol! My cheek is always messed up after a range day lol

$15 a box of 300? Why even ask? Just buy a box and give us your review.

I suspect this is the same stuff they had a few Christmas's ago with the red & green projectiles, but with added marketing.

How do you get powder burns on your face, shooting a pistol?

It's a 5.56 ar pistol with a 22 conversion on it my face is close to the ejection port.

Some of my friends sat it doesnt happen on their builds. Maybe it's my cheap golden bullets I use.
