Looking For Spike 22LR lower and upper

With Obama taking office, ammo have been quite expensive and has dried up at a few places. Even cost of reloading supplies have gone up. I have several cases of 22LR that I want to start using and saving the good .308 and .223 for those special days at the range.

I am looking to put to gether a totally dedicated 22LR AR. Which shops in the Bay Area, CA would carry SPike's dedicated 22LR uppers and lowers?
