My New MKIII Compitition ( Range Report Added )

Picked it up today
Trigger is heavy @ #4, but feels pretty Crisp.
This thing sure has some Heft to it compaired to my 22/45.
Already striped it down and Lubed it up.
Receiver to Frame fit is Very tight.
Oh Ya', Gotta' do a Trigger Job and remove the Mag Disconnect and LCI.

First Trip to the Range
Total of about 200 rounds fired, I actually got the Barrel Hot.
I had 3 FTE, one each with Fed 750 Bulk, Win. 333 Bulk and Mini-Mag HP.
CCI Mini-Mag had Two under power loads and one Squib Load :yikes:

To wide, cover to much Target.
I am going with the Marbles 1/16 White Bead front sight and the
MKIII Hunter rear V-Notch.

Nice gun! Great report also. My grandpa just gave me his Mark II unfired in the original 80's box. He also gave me a box of Western (looks like its from big 5) ammo. Is this decent stuff to shoot through it? I dont know jack about 22s it appears to be hollow point led bullets. Would these be decent first rounds through the gun or should I grab something else. Thanks for any advice.
