        At the SHOT show they were talking about a release date in June but now my understanding is that it wont be until the 3rd quarter of the year. Possibly later.

                A Flash Hider would be illegal.....but a Muzzle Break is ok..

                        Yes, no restrictions with a flash hider on a rimfire. Also, 922R does not apply as well as no bullet button is required.
