    Colt ar15 22 conversion kit

Hello fellow calgunners. I have a original colt ar15 22 conversion kit and I'm trying to find out if anyone out there knows of a magazine that will work with the colt unit. It would be nice to have more then one magazine for it. I bought this unit from B&E at the LA county fairgrounds back in the good old days.
Thanks for the help. Maybe this thread belongs in the curio & relic section.

Is it the original Cenier design? If so, Black Dog mags work well.

If it is the Air Force M261 conversion, Black Dog has these mags for it.

Black Dog Machine LLC - Manufacturer of .22 LR magazines for a wide range of conversion bolts and dedicated uppers such as the Ciener© .22LR AR-15 conversion kit, the CMMG .22 AR-15 conversion kit and the Olympic M261 .22 conversion kit. We also stock, springs, followers and more.

The original kits have an insert you place in a 20-round mag. I have one around here someplace but use the Black Dog mags instead of the inserts.

Thanks for the response. But unfortunately this is a later unit colt sold commercially. I do believe they tried to sell this unit to the military, but were unsuccessful. Tried this unit out in my bushmaster 20 " hbar upper, function almost perfectly using federal bulk 36 grain copper hp. Accuracy was pretty good at 100 yards small metal targets using iron sights. Switch over to a original colt 3x scope that was zeroed for 223. Shot a little to the right at 100 yrs. BDC set at 400 yrs. I did notice sometimes I could only load 9 rounds into magazine instead of 10. Otherwise I am pleased with its performance.
