    10/22 bull barrel

I know that Ruger makes a 10/22 with a factory bull barrel.it is very difficult to find in any store. Has anybody seen one for sale in the East Bay Area?

I believe that aftermarket bull barrels are available online.
Either that or have some shop order a Ruger for ya!

It maybe easier and cheaper to buy the standard carbine on sale (Turners had a good sale on a camo stock carbine) Then order a bull barrel + stock online and sell the carbine stock and barrel. Its super easy to swap out the stock and barrel on a 10/22. Ruger ships their Target model with the standard trigger so no factor to sway you there.

Ship it to AUDIOPHIL2, then he'll ship it to your local transfer dealer of choice. See https://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/....php?t=1039869

You'll end up with a stainless 10/22T in a laminated stock. I bought one of the blued ones and put a Kidd single stage trigger in it. Great gun at a reasonable price.

No need for a bull barrel for the most part.

The best 10-22s have metal trigger assemblies not plastic, anodized not painted receivers, metal not plastic barrel band and butt plate with a wood stock. Newer ones are crap in comparison. Just look at the fit on the breakdown stock one. The bean counters have ruined the 10-22. Spent the same or less on a good used one built when Ruger cared what went out the door.

They were discontinued a couple of years ago.

There's got to be some iteration or evolution of it around...

CDNN has Ruger 10/22 Target Bull Barrel stainless laminate models for $349 - these might be the old ones getting blown out. Great deal if you ask me.

If my old FFL was still around I'm sure I'd order one of those from CDNN.
