    Getting CCI CBs to cycle

Thinking that if I order a spare spring for my Marlin 60 and cut it down a loop at a time, I can get it light enough to cycle CBs. Has anyone tried this? Will I have to lighten the bolt as well?

CB's will not cycle any semi auto I know of. They don't cycle my Ruger 10/22 or MkIII Hunter. I specifically bought a Marlin 981t bolt action.

The 981t was only $150 at Turners.

Cutting a spring makes it stiffer.

cb doesnt even have the power to cock the hammer so if you take the whole recoil spring out no joy
