All I can tell you is I put the TacSol half rail with the integral rear sight on my Buck Mark Camper with a Fastfire 3 and a TruGlo FO front sight and it all works fine.

You might try PM'ing member jpopfan - as per his post quoted below, he has/had a Plus UDX but his post is ten years old and IDK if they came with a FO front sight then.

Recently purchased a urx practical with f/o front sight. I immediately added the ts rail and sight. I took it to the range thinking I would have to sight in the irons and the red dot, but it was already spot on at 10 yards. I did have the sight adjusted all the way down on elevation, but I did that so I could mount the red dot further back on the rail. Worked great for me.

Thanks for all the responses, really looking forward to this purchase and adding it to my small 22 handgun collection. Currently it includes a
              Ruger Mark II
              S&W 617-6
              Ruger SR22
              Ruger LCRx
              Taurus PT22
I was thinking about the full rail contour, but I think I really want a FO front sight and really only need a half rail. The TS rail with the integrated rear sight would be perfect. Also love the rosewood grips on the plus UDX and the blued sides with the flat black top and bottom on the barrel, one good looking shooter.

Good choice OP. Once you put that red dot on you won’t want to shoot without it.

After installed the red dot on the Tact Solu picatinny rail with rear sight (=~ $90), I never use the rear sight, I regret that why pay more for something that I don't use. If I want to shoot iron I just swap the original BM upper rail with rear sight back to my BM Lite. I wish I bought the Tact Solu pica rail w/o rear sight ($30) so I can mount the red dot all the way to the back to the rail or wherever I want.

Speaking of what kind of red dot ? I mounted a cheap $25-$30 red dot from Amazon , I don't like it. Had two of them and never buy those cheap kind of red dot again. The three, I had and I like are:
                      - Bushnell TR-25 ($50-$60) 3 MOA
                      - Vortex Crossfire ($150) 2 MOA - Some people don't like this one because the intensity knop turn only one way but for me it's OK because I bought it on sale only $100.
                      - Vortex Vermon ($220) 3 MOA, this one is very compact and cute.
Besides these three I do not know any other red dot.

A decent red dot range from $50 - $1K, so buy what you can afford just do not buy $25 red dot from Amazon.

I also have the buck mark w/ F/O front sight and tac sol rail,
I've used the TR-25 and Tru Glo red dot; both were okay.

I've been using a BSA Edge 2X20 pistol scope and it's a blast!

I run a Bushnell TRS-25. It was $80 on Amazon with free shipping.

Wanted to thank everybody for their help and advice with my new Buckmark. Went with the recommendation to get the rail without the rear sight and glad I did. Went with a low cost optic for the time being, will upgrade later. But didn’t want to dive in and find I didn’t enjoy handgun shooting with an optic. So far so good, gun is a great shooter function has been perfect and the trigger is great.
