tube fed bolt or lever action?

I am considering getting a new Henry Frontier 24 inch after selling my 22 Classic. On my quest I stumble upon tube fed bolt action Marlin xt22tsr.

What are the advantages for reliability and long term use. The Henry is know for it reliability and durability.

I have a Brooklyn Henry and an older Sears 43/Marlin 81, both are nice rifles of their type. You won't go wrong with the lever or bolt, and it's nice to have so many rounds between reloads.

I kind of depends on what you want it for. A bolt action is far superior to lever, but lever can be so much fun.

I have the Marlin Marlin xt22tsr. Got it from buds gun shop. Everything I could have asked for. It shoots shorts longs and lr with ease and it accurate. I love packing it with shorts cause it holds so many. Buy it you wont regret it.

The cz is not tube fed. I do not want detachable mags

I really like tube feed. I wouldn't ever own another .22 with a magazine after getting my marlin and a Spee-D-Loader.

It depend how much cowboy blood you have. I voted for Lever , may be because I lived in the far west of US.

When I was a kid my bolt action Marlin (single shot) was the most accurate 22 on the block. On the other hand nothing is quite like a Henry 22 lever action.

Neither will break the bank, why not get both, so you'll have something for the grand kids to shoot someday.
