Are 22lr Muzzle breaks legal in ca?

I'm thinking of doing a 10-22 build and wanted to add a 50 cal style muzzle break. Is this possible?

        Yes, KIDD.

I had the barrel and muzzle brake from him and the seam between the two were totally un-noticable.

A muzzle brake is legal on any rifle in Kalifornia.

I think you meant a flash hider. Unless you own a RAW or BBRAW, a flash hider is only legal on rimfire rifles.

All of my semi-auto, centerfire rifles have flash hiders. only 1 is a RAW. ALL of them are CA legal.
"It is currently CA legal to modify a double-action revolver into a single-action revolver and modify a single-action revolver into a double-action revolver.

CA DOJ BOF stance on modifying handguns only applies to dimensionally compliant bolt-action single-shot pistols and dimensionally compliant break-open single-shot pistols.
^It does not apply to revolvers, manually operated repeating pistols, and semi-auto pistols." ~~ Quiet

We aren't talking about a fixed mag 10/22. We're talking about guns that have removable mags.

Makes no difference rimfire rifles cannot be AWs. Now a rimfire pistol that is another story.
