650 is what those go for, I believe. They're less available than regular 39A. -
I'd offer $500. It's a "deal", but not a scewing and he doesn't have to go to any effort to sell it. More than the LGS would give him for sure.
Gunbroker might bring $750 from my quick perusal of completed/sold auctions.
