Quality AR-15 style .22???

I currently shoot PCC with a JP AR-9. I am looking to pick up an AR style .22 to shoot a couple of matches with. My local gun store only has the M&P .22 for $349 on sale. The rifle is all plastic and seems cheap. With a concern for price is there any quality out of box .22 rifles to buy??? I already have a few .22 bolt rifles and a couple Ruger 10/22.

Love my Tactical Solutions upper. Shot it last week with some friends - they all enjoyed it. One kid remarked “it’s lighter than my airsoft rifle.”

Black dog mags, rounded hammer and stay away from certain types of ammo. Very reliable! They get dirty but are easy to clean up.
