Rifle Cleaning Delay Inquiry

I recently purchased a Ruger 10/22 and I haven't been able to conveniently clean my 10/22 rifle since Dec 26th when I first shot my rifle; so far I've only fired open lead rounds from the Aguila brand. If I wait until Feb to clean my rifle, would I risk causing permanent damage to my rifle?

You'll be fine, but you should have given it a good cleaning when you first bought it to remove all the factory gunk.
