    Boyds At-One stocks?

I'm considering one for my Marlin 795, The only question I have is if the adjustable stock is ok here in Cali.

I refuse to do business with Boyds after they refused to ship a thumb hole stock for my 10/22 to Calif. Idiots don't know the law.
Got the same thing from another vendor.

Well I guess we'll see if they still have that attitude as the At-One has an adjustable stock. How unfortunate about the Thumbhole stock.

I think they just don't want to deal with OUR stupid laws and are erroring on the side of caution.

I thought 22RL rifle is exempt from the CA AW regulation, yes, you can have adjustable stock, AR-15 style grip.
These are not allow on CA .22LR rifle:
            - more than 10 rounds magazine, tubular is OK.
            - Thread barrel.
            - Flash suppressor.
If I am wrong PLEASE correct me, because I am planning to buy the Boyds stock also.
Shop hardwood gunstocks for any make, model, and action with the Boyds Gunstock Configurator. Choose from several wood and finish options.

Rimfires are exempt from the "assault weapon" feature list. I'm guessing that Boyd's didn't want the hassle of figuring out if the stock was for a rimfire or not and just said no shipping of any thumbhole stock to CA. Just like CDNN won't ship a semi auto rifle of any kind to CA.

Makes sense I guess, the question now I guess is will they have the same policy with the At-One?
