Searching Google and YouTube, I haven't seen much on reviews of the Tactical Innovations 80% jig for 10/22 style receivers. I got two of the Pike Arms 80% receivers earlier this month, on sale for $86, plus the TI jig and bit set, also both on sale.
I had some time on Friday to tackle one of them, with pretty good results. I think the second will go a lot better based on the lessons learned from minor hiccups doing the first.
My project is about 90% done, since I haven't finished the trigger job or modding the bolt yet, but after doing a quick and dirty initial trigger job to get the pull down to 2 1/2 lb, the rifle was up for function testing on Saturday.

My carbine sleeper surprised the heck out of me with respect to accuracy, and I can't wait to see how much better it gets after finishing the trigger and headspacing the bolt. The rifle is made with all Ruger parts, and a Feddersen 18" contour barrel (I took the Feddersen off of my 10/22 sporter project and replaced it with a 22" GM fluted sporter, so the carbine sleeper is its new home), built on the Pike Arms 80% receiver.
Best 5 round groups for the day were 0.162" at 25 yards and 0.278" at 50, using cheap ammo (GECO Semi-Auto), and averaging below MOA at both distances!! Testing at 25 yards was with a front rest only (no rear bag), and on a real bench with rear bag at 50.
For anyone interested in how the jig works, here's a link to my project so far, with some pics utilizing the TI two piece jig with my $40 Craigslist Crafstman drill press and hand drill:
