What's your experience with this ammo?

So I won't ask the age old question "what ammunition shoots best?" since only the shooter can determine that with their own firearm.

I'm wondering out of the ammunition choices posted, which one for you has consistently shot sub-moa at 100 yards? Better yet, which one shoots less than 1/2" groups at 50 yards consistently?

I've found Wolf Match Extra to be my go-to, but I'd also like to source some ammunition locally instead of doing big bulk orders when a vendor has them in stock (at a not-so-high price).

Going out tomorrow to test some Eley and Aguila I just bought from my local Big 5 and DSG.

I've had good luck with Eley Target in several guns.

Never know until you try it...

I voted Wolf, and if I was shooting for God and Country that's what I'd pick.

But I also have a stockpile of Eley Target. Also good, but just not quite as consistent. For me. CZ 452V.

Make that Eley Club or Match, then we've got a race.

Stick with standard velocity for better accuracy, I voted Aguila rifle match.

Would be awesome to see some of these targets with said ammo; I noticed some voted CCI.

This... I wouldn't even consider anything high velocity. Which works best? You'll need to experiment yourself. Or just stick to wolf.

Never tried Wolf Match Extra, but compared WM Target to Eley:

              Sport, Club, and Target.

              Wolf won... hands down.

Interesting I have never fired Wolf in .22, in fact I wasn't even aware of it!

                Have to find some now!

It depends on what "consistently" means to you. Four 5 round groups all under MOA, four 10 round groups all under MOA, average of the above? Wolf Match Extra will do the former, easily at 50 and on a good day at 100. It would have a harder time doing the same with 10 round groups at 100 though.

I think if Wolf Match Extra (SK Rifle Match) works well for you, then it would be good to try something in the same family like Wolf Match Target (SK+, Lapua Standard +), since they should generally shoot the same but with a few more flyers. If Eley Target works for you, then you could also try Eley Club which is about as consistent as Wolf Match Extra, but possibly outperform Wolf if your gun likes it.

In general, if you find the family of ammo that shoots the smallest groups, then you can go up and down in that family based on your tolerance for flyers (practice vs competition).

I bought a case of SK+ (Wolf Match Target) last month, on sale for $49/brick. They had Rifle Match (Wolf Match Extra) for $69, and Pistol Match in between for $59. I never tried Pistol Match, so I bought 4 bricks to try out since the sale price was hard to pass up.

Augila. Some shots very good. A good number of flyers. Too inconsistent for my uses.

My Model 41 really likes Wolf Match. It's the most accurate ammo that I've tried.

It really depends on which firearm I am using at the time .

All my 22s like a different flavor , well they all like bacon .

When I was on my high school rifle team, we used Aguila in our Anschutz 1903s with solid results.
