    Ruger takedown, magpul backpacker

    Just put it together today. It is awesome. Storage in the grip, and the buttock can hold 3-10round mags.

      Looks sweet man! Nice rifle. Did you order the optional optic mount by chance? I was wondering if it worked with the stock forend.

                  How much did it weigh compared to the factory furniture? I can't find the answer to that question anywhere.

                              Mine replaced a Kryptek Typhon stock and it's about the same weight. 4lb 6oz w/o mag or scope. 18.5" ss barrel and ss receiver, JWH Custom bolt.

                                          I did but I forgot the exact weight with the stock er.. stock . 4lb 8oz?

                                          More importantly, it's a much better stock overall than the Ruger stock. Bud's drop shipped mine and it took less than 3 days.
