Source For OEM Ruger Compact 10 22 Barrel?

Does anybody have a source (other than Ruger) for a Ruger Compact 10 22 OEM 16.1" barrel with the fiber optic sights? The Ruger part # is 0B8014.

I called Ruger to get one about a year ago, and they do not sell them as parts. I bought two that I found on ebay.
