    .22 Open Revolver?

    I have seen a few pictures of open .22 revolvers with custom barrel and red dot sight. Does any know of anyone who builds them and cost?
    I think APEX does but the on there site they are not excepting anymore orders at this time. I'm looking to buy ether a Ruger GP100 or S&W 617 for steel plate.
