    Is it true ?

Look at the target .22LR review Nov 1999 from 'down under' folks, I am kind of surprise and confuse when looked at the pistol's score :

    19.0 pts - Walther KSP200
18.5 pts - Browning Buckmark Silhouette
17.5 pts - Browning Buckmark Field Target
17.0 pts - High Standard Supermatic Citation
    16.6 pts - Beretta 89
    16.5 pts - Hammerli X-esse
    16.5 pts - Phoenix Arm HP-22 $230 @ Turners
16.3 pts - Ruger Mark II Target Model
    Last place: 16.0 pts - S&W Model 41 and S&W 22S (I think this is 22A/22A1)

Hey, don't shoot the messenger, I am confused like you also . I don't know what those folks from down under doing

Irrelevant, it's 16 years old. Lot's of new pistols have come on the market since then, and they can't own the new ones or the old ones. Socialist government.
