Ok fellow Patriots, I need some help/guideance. I purchased a new GSG 1911-22 (serial number starts with A) with a thousand rounds through the pipe! I SCROUNGED the entire internet for help. Here's what I've done so far PRIOR TO SHOOTING:
1. Polished off all of the overspray paint throughout entire pistol.
2. Polished mag lips, polished the feed ramp.
3. Installed CW PES components and Dawson sights
4. Oiled the pistol prior to use
5. Shot 500 rounds of CCI MiniMags, another 500 of Golden Bullets and Fed Auto
6. Pistol double loads/feeds first two to three rounds
7. Stove pipes, two per 30 rounds
8. When it shoots, it shoots very good.
Other possible solutions that I've found:
1. Snip 2 to 3 elbows off the magazine. Some say the spring is too strong.
2. Oil it till it drips
3. Clean the feed ramp every 300 rounds
I read many comments from fellow shooters that:
1. Their pistiol shot perfectly out of the box.
2. After polishing off the overspray, it shot 100 percent
3. After installing the CW PES components, it shot 100 percent
WITH MY PISTOL; WHAT THE HECK DO I DO NOW???? HELP!!!
