Compact scope for Ruger 10-22 Takedown?

I would like to know which "compact" scope for Ruger 10-22 Takedown that after mounted still fit the Ruger bag ?

    Thanks You.

Are you sure you need magnification?
What about a small red dot?

    Regards,
    Mike

Already had the red dot. Magnification 4X is more than enough 2X, 3X also fine because I don't shoot 22LR more than 50 yards

Just found this on amazon. Will go with this . Thanks you for your reply, If you have one in mind then just post, if it is not for me then for the other Calguners.

I would suggest you spend a little more on a trusted brand like Bushnell or Simmons. I would not trust a $17.00 scope on my air rifle.

I would also do this for all Amazon purchases:
        • Hover over the products Review Stars
        • Wait for the scale graphic to appear
        • Click 1 Star Reviews
        • Read probably the most honest reviews of said product

Based on the above I would steer VERY clear of that scope.

Is your issue with height or length of the scope to keep it fitting in the case?

        Regards,
        Mike

The scope on 10-22 is just for plinking/fun. So I don't need a good/decent one. Thanks You for you advice.

The scope MUST fit the 10-22 Takedown factory bag. Sometimes I used this bag as my range-bag. The two pouches out side fit two 9mm. 200+ rds of 9mm and 500+ rds 22LR ammo fit inside bag, if the ammo box don't fit then put the ammo in the ziplog bag

                  - It's only 17 buck and it fit the bag.
                  - How it performance ? ...... What are you expect for a seventeen buck scope , so don't ask and I have not check out the scope yet
Note that , the scope comes with the Picatinny/Weaver Rail mounts but I used my own "see though mount" so I can use both scope and iron sight.

Bushnell 3x-7x is an option. No longer made but you can find them on eBay.

I use a red dot, but have heard good things about the UTG Bug Buster

I have the Bug Buster on my TD, fits in the factory bag as shown above and works very well. My 6 year old can drill coke cans at 75 yards easily with it. The illumination works OK too. It's small, but 3-9 power Illuminated with quick detach rings, I haven't regretted it one bit. I bought a UTG rail that is milled through the middle so I can still use the irons, scope goes back to zero when it goes back on (atleast for the 100 yards or less that I shoot).

Shoots minute of squirrel @ 75 yards easy.

I also went with a UTG 3-9X32 1" BugBuster Scope (AO, RGB Mil-dot, QD Rings) mounted on a UTG Tactical Low Profile Rail Mount. Bought both from Amazon. No need to remove the scope to fit in storage bag.

I went with Bushnell Banner 1.5-4.5x 32mm - Multi-X. It fits in the bag nice. I been very happy with it.
