is there something hanging up the firing pin? Cleaning cotton, powder residue, etc?

Tried taking a part the bolt?

I love the easy way the bolt dis-assembles for cleaning. By comparison, other bolts are a complete PITA. Let us know what the issue was after you fix it.

Glad to hear cleaning the bolt worked for you. I have a RAR myself and followed this thread with interest just un case I ever run into the same problem. Did you happen to see what it was that caused the jam?

I believe the gun oil i used gunket up with the powder from shooting and made the bolt not cycle thats what i think i cant remember when was the last time i cleaned that rifile it had to be at least 1000+ rounds
