I bought this gun a few months ago from GB. I think I paid 130.00 shipped to my FFL and then another 70.00 in fees\tax, so it was 200.00 OTD. The gun looked brand new inside, almost like it was forgotten for 45 years.
I know, I could have bought a new model 60 for what I paid but I like a gun with no plastic. I think the only plastic part on this gun is the mag follower.
A few coats of tru oil, a little cleaning, lube and off to the range it went. The gun shot flawless and is very accurate.
Its the perfect 22 for my grandson. The gun will be 50 years old in 4 years and my grandson will be 5.
The only downfall is no last shot hold, but then most of the time I can count to 9
All I need is the barrel band and I'm set.
