GSG 1911 Magazine Issues

So I took my GSG 1911 out for the first time in a while and noticed that I'm having a really hard time getting the mags in and not. They slide freely to a certain point and then seem to get stuck on something. This wasn't the case previously and seems to only be happening now. Any suggestions or thoughts?

Try disassembling the slide from the frame. Then try inserting the mags in
the frame---looking for a spot where the mag hangs up. Check the
mag release button. Also have you done anything to the magazine disconnect feature whereby
the pistol will NOT fire without the magazine being seated in the frame ?
