Unfortunately I still remember going to town once every two weeks for supplies when we live on the dairy in Petaluma. Going to the bakery and having them run the loaves of bread through the slicer, stopping at the old Petaluma CO-OP to get the butter and bottles of orange juice. We got the milk and cream fresh on the dairy from the milk house or skimmed the cans for cream in the refer.
    Yeah farm food was great!

Yep, I had to scrub out that tank after the milk truck did the pickup

Sweet. I got 4 re-gifted items. I couldn't make that up. Was a fine Christmas anyway.

Here's a trick with the Speed-D-Loaders: the company will sell (somewhat overpriced) funnel caps separately, so you can put funnels on both ends. One tube can work with both front loaders (e.g., Marlin 39A) and rear loaders (e.g., Browning SA).

I still like sliced bread, thank you.

I did the same as m1ckDelta.
Went to my local TAP Plastic shop with my measurements and they cut the tubes free of charge...
Then purchased end caps there as well to complete the reloading tubes.

I've got the 19 capacity and the 15 capacity. I agree, it's better than sliced bread.

                      Tubes for feeding rounds

I have also seen people re-purposing aluminum arrow shafts to make reloaders. I like the clear plastic tube better mind you, but old arrows are plenty.

                      Regards,
                      Mike

Love the loader, not so much the tubes. Seem to take up a lot of room and be a bit unwieldy to carry all the tubes around unless you band them together...to make them more like the loader.
