So this has been a problem with my rifle for quite some time now. After my third or fourth cleaning of the rifle (I had only gotten the rifle a few months prior), the rifle started to have failure to feed/eject every 3 or 4 rounds. I used all kinds of ammo to see if it was bad ammo, and I found that it performed the same. At one point the rifle had a slam fire (I was following all the safety rules so nothing bad happened, but it was still scary).
The last time I tried using it at the range was a couple months ago, and the night before I used CLP to clean/lubricate the rifle. I also got a few snapcaps to make sure that it functioned well, and it did. Every snapcap was fed/ejected. But the rifle again had failure to feed/ejects. I did notice that when it did fail to feed, all I had to do was tilt the rifle back and the round just fell out.
I should mention that I haven't cleaned any of my magazines, both factory and Butler Creek (the red plastic one).
Has anybody experienced this?
